Ancient Egypt holds a mechanical mystery in Gears of Horus. Players are presented with a 6×6 game grid to start, set amongst the famous towering Egyptian pyramids. When a winning combination of eight or more adjacent symbols lands, the game grid is expanded by one row or column, growing to a maximum size of 8×8 if four consecutive tumble wins are made. Winning combinations are removed from play, being replaced with new symbols from above.
